I hit my head

While working on my car I hit my self on the door trying to get out of the car from the drivers seat. I didn't think about it much because I've done it a lot, but this one is different my head has been hurting and right now I feel kind of dizzy; I felt my head with my hand a while ago and I felt something like a dent or a soft spot. Is this a concussion?

The dent you feel is probably a bad bruise. If you have blurred vision or feel dizzy for very long, you should go to the doctor.
