very dumb. Rubio is driving in for a layup. You KNOW he's not going to take the shot. Instead, he draws the defense then kicks it out for a 3 hahahahaha. You cannot make this up. The question is: why DeJounte didn't foul Rubio? It seems like he was ordered to do it but he decided not to do it once Rubio was around 3pt line (makes sense) but I can't understand why he didn't when Rubio dribbled into the paint. No timeouts for Phoenix...
