Trump is a turd. The election is the democrats to lose and it looks like they are trying like to do just that.

It deludes the product when you have 20+ candidates which are mostly nobodies but most are extreme liberals that is making the electorate split and attacking each other.
The biggest problem remains the Bernie people who are still aching from their guy losing the primaries in 2016. Now he is running and still losing but even worse.
Bernie isn't a Democrat, he's got no chance at the nomination unless he starts dominating in the primaries.

It's looking more and more like a brokered convention. Bernie/Warren delegates combined might be able to top the superdelegates in the second round balloting.
So Biden and then a token progressive as the VP? I'd rather keep Warren and Sanders in the senate than waste them in a powerless VP position. You think Biden will motivate the base any more than Clinton did? Seems like a sure way to get Trump a second term to repeat what failed so spectacularly in 2016.
Or Warren and a moderate. There are plenty of people running who fit the moderate mold. It doesn't have to be Biden.

I doubt it. I'm guessing the southern states the Democrats will have no chance of carrying in the general will vote for Biden just like they did Clinton thanks to the black vote. This is going to be 2016 all over again and will probably be another really close election.
You had moderate at the top half of the ticket. The bottom half of the ticket doesn't mean much as long as it isn't Paul Ryan trying to loot peoples' Medicare.
