Pelosi to keep the articles of impeachment in her pocket for a spell
https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4...cles-to-senatePelosi cited a need to "see what the process is on the Senate side" before making any decisions about the timing of delivery or the naming of impeachment managers to prosecute the case.
“And I would hope that that would be soon,” the Speaker said, adding that the delivery would not be “tonight.”
“So far we haven’t seen anything that looks fair to us,” she added.

Nah, controlling the timing makes it more like a nocked arrow.
If Team Trump continues to do impeachable stuff the Dems can even add more arrows to the quiver.
Pompeo and Pence must be sweating it hard. If a court rules they have to deliver docs and testify (NB, Pence has already classified the testimony of his aide to the impeachment committee) they could go down too. They're both neck deep in it.
meanwhile Repugs will continue to approve their judges, senate democrat candidates will not be able to campaign freely and the averqge US citizenen will get even more impeachment fatigue.
oh and Trump will have lots of drums to beat toward his reelection
great plan nancy
Trash:
"Trash would be a mess.
He would be thinking about nothing but.
It would be a horror show for him.
It would be an absolute embarrassment.
It would go down on his record permanently."
Trump ‘knows he deserves impeachment’:
Art of the Deal co-author explains president’s ‘desperate cry’
“Here’s what I want to say to Donald Trump: Shut the up,” Schwartz said.
“You have committed countless crimes,
you are a horrendous human being
who seeks only to become a dictator, and
even that won’t make you feel any better.
We are the victims of your deep inner emptiness,”
“He is suffering, above all, from the fact that he knows he deserves impeachment.
No human being on earth feels worse about himself than Trump,”
“If you don’t think Trump feels anything, read his letter to Nancy Pelosi.
It’s an utterly desperate cry to be excused for a life of lies and hatred —
for being every bit as evil as he has always deeply if unconsciously believed himself to be,”
“Here’s what will never, ever change: Trump committed high crimes and misdemeanors,” he argued.
“Please, go and read Trump’s letter to Pelosi as if he was writing it entirely about himself. Pure projection.”

Lindsey Graham is ‘enraged’ Pelosi won’t let Senate hold a sham trial
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi won’t allow the Senate to have the Articles of Impeachment without an agreement to the rules of the trial.

Still oblivious. (meh) This one reminds me though of how det letter must have hit the Trump party Senators...
That letter... :rofl
The Trump Party has officially gone off the rails.
--------------------------------------------------
Trump protested impeachment in the letter, accusing Democrats of staging a "coup" and "declaring a war on American democracy." But it reportedly wasn't a galvanizing moment for the GOP — at least a few Republican senators were unhappy with the performance, a senior GOP official said.
Those senators aren't going on the record with their displeasure, but former GOP congressman Rep. David Jolly (R-Fla.) was free to echo the sentiment.Asked a senior GOP official whether it was a good idea for Trump to send that letter to Pelosi. "Of course not," official said who acknowledged it didn't go over well among some Republican senators.

Trump busted making up official-sounding quote about Senate impeachment trial rules
“’The Senate shall set the time and place of the trial,’” Trump tweeted, with quotation marks bracketing that first statement.
“If the Do Nothing Democrats decide, in their great wisdom, not to show up, they would lose by Default!”
it doesn’t match what the Cons ution lays out.
The Cons ution offers no clarity on the process for transmitting articles of impeachment from the House to the Senate,

Some Trash fellator dictated that "shall" to Trash. Ain't his words
The is NO obligation for Pelosi to transfer the Articles to the Senate.
Nancy, listen to Larry
Impeach Trump.
But don’t necessarily try him in the Senate.
the House, unlike any grand jury, can conduct
an impeachment inquiry that ends with a verdict and
not just a referral to the Senate for trial —
an inquiry in which the target is afforded an opportunity to participate and mount a full defense.
It seems fair to surmise, then, that
an impeachment inquiry conducted with ample opportunity for the accused to defend himself
before a vote by the full House
would be at least substantially protected, even if not entirely bullet-proofed, against a Senate whitewash.
The House, assuming an impeachment inquiry leads to a conclusion of Trump’s guilt, could choose between
1) presenting articles of impeachment even to a Senate pre-committed to burying them and (or)
2) dispensing with impeachment as such while
embodying its conclusions of criminality or other grave wrongdoing in a condemnatory “Sense of the House” resolution far stronger than a mere censure.
The resolution, expressly and formally proclaiming the president impeachable but declining to play the Senate’s corrupt game, is one that
even a president accustomed to treating everything as a victory would be hard-pressed to characterize as a vindication.

I'm the coward says the coward who will not back up his claim about sondland now into day 2. You're a hack trying to gain respect due to you donning camo. you holmes!
Prove his innocence coward.
I'm sure you think I am overreacting here. FWIW: reviewing workers comp, and various injury liability claims has afforded me the unfortunate opportunity to review camera footage of injuries of all sorts, and the medical results of those injuries, including lifelong pain, damage, loss of use of limbs, and painful, difficult physical therapy.
The gif cuts off before you get to see the person in the costume most likely not moving after the drop kick. It may have been rehearsed as part of the act before hand but that kind of force does some bad things to human backs, and dwarfs in particular tend to have serious spinal problems to begin with, due to the way they have to walk, and I know this from personal experience with a friend. I would be willing to bet a solid three zeros worth of cash that the person in the costume was seriously injured. That is simply what I see here.
again, FWIW.
Not allowing the Senate to act on approved Articles of Impeachment becomes Cons utional extortion and creates chaos for the presidency.
It also sets in motion a tremendous threat to our Cons utional system of checks and balances
lol you can't back up your claim and now you want me to do the leg work for you. you're a pathetic sack of man no matter how many tours you've done overseas. ing hack!
