This article has more to do with his inconsistent nature and influences of others. Not timing.
So he was not to be convinced this time to lay off so he went for the most important military man in Iran. So maybe it also took care of, momentarily (I hope), getting people not to dwell on his domestic problems.
I’m Not buying it yet. There is not enough recent information in. Especially in this piece. But I will give you his erratic behavior over ruling what was advised, as possible. So this is definitely more germane to my topic at least.
