Giannis needs to understand, it takes "skill" to get carried by Alphabrook and the refs.

After his "hot streak," he's still shooting 25% from three for the season. A good defensive team in the playoffs will dare him to shoot and he will, like he always does. This latest novelty concept from D'Antoni is fun to watch, but it'll end the same way: with no ring. Any other team that had two recent MVPs would be much more of a threat to ring than the Rockets, who have to contend with Harden's disinterest in defense and Westbrook's low BB IQ.

He's like a better DeRozan, in that they had to make substantial accommodations that create alternate liabilities in order for him to thrive.

The difference is, unlike DeRozan, it's (so far) translating to greater team success, but that can mostly be attributed to playing with a superstar and having a better team period.

James, Harden, Doncic, Lillard, Paul have all clearly been better, while Butler, Simmons, Walker, Lowry, all have cases. James might be listed as a forward, but there's no difference in the role him and Doncic play.
