Maggie H says Trash has been extremely angry in his daily BULL sessions this week and she supposes it is because of NYT's total devastation of Trash for his delay, lies, misleadings, inaction, blaming everyone else, etc.
Polls are saying otherwise. The fat man is floundering.

New hot spot: South Dakota
https://nypost.com/2020/04/14/corona...th-dakota/amp/South Dakota’s coronavirus cases have begun to soar after its governor steadfastly refused to mandate a quarantine.
The number of confirmed cases in the state has risen from 129 to 988 since April 1 — when Gov. Kristi Noem criticized the “draconian measures” of social distancing to stop the spread of the virus in her state.
Strawman.
What is the current federal guidance for states?
What is the difference between guidance and a compulsory decree?
Saw that. It's gonna get bad. They have not really taken any steps to mitigate to my knowledge.
*Something* is causing people to die at home in greater than usual numbers in several cities.

a group of Swedish scientists say Sweden will be the next Italy

As long as he doesn't founder it's okay.

Mexico One Plate At A Time is my bible. Its a good mix of traditional and contemporary recipes. Every traditional recipe I’ve cooked tastes exactly like what I remember from my grandma’s kitchen 👍 If you follow him on FB, every day at noon he’s doing live pandemic demos of his most popular recipes. Its been a bright spot for me during these dull times
He has been releasing a ton of videos on youtube too lately. Probably the same ones I'd guess.
How will this compare to last pandemics?
H2N2 1957
1.1 million deaths worldwide and 116,000 in the United States
H3N2 1968
1 million deaths worldwide and about 100,000 in the United States
In terms of U.S. Population
H2N2: 630 deaths per million people
H3N2: 500 per million
Sars-cov2: 214 per million (projected)
Why are you still trying to downplay this by comparing it to the flu, Darrin?
You and I are going go with herd immunity in California.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/pol...m_npd_nn_tw_ma
obviously everyone wants herd immunity
just not in the way some idiots want it which would immediately lift restrictions and let a few hundred thousand die
california is not going for the latter
Fat man is ed up his copious ass, even the repug voter suppression maneuvers in Wisconsin failed miserably. Ain’t gonna be pretty for the fat man and his mob.
Coronavirus destroys lungs.
But doctors are finding its damage in kidneys, hearts and elsewhere.

Spreads easily and silently. Damages multiple organ. Kills and leaves long term damage. Diagnostic tests for infection have many false negatives. Patient diagnostic tests go from positive to negative to positive. Antibody tests for immunity fail to detect antibodies in nearly 10% of patients when present and give false positives. Uncertain if antibodies equate to immunity or if so if immunity persist. This is one miserable virus.
Hopefully they track these guys and see if they develop any symptoms. That would actually be useful.
BTW, maybe you missed these:
No, Darrin.
I don't think these people were wrong. I think regardless of the actual source, there was a danger in Wuhan.
Two years before the novel coronavirus pandemic upended the world, U.S. Embassy officials visited a Chinese research facility in the city of Wuhan several times and sent two official warnings back to Washington about inadequate safety at the lab, which was conducting risky studies on coronaviruses from bats.

Do you think these people were wrong, Darrin?
Yes or no.
I don't think this Feb. 23 memo with information from experts was wrong.

Do you think they were wrong, Darrin?
Yes or no.
That ain't gonna see CNN air space, by God.
