Cuomo Says Florida Beachgoers Travelling to New York Must First Be Tested for I.Q.
ALBANY —After seeing images of Floridians crowding the beaches in Jacksonville,
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that
all Florida beachgoers who travel to New York must first be tested for I.Q.
“Just as we’ve started flattening the curve,
a surge in Florida beachgoers is the last thing our state needs,” Cuomo said.
“And so, at all points of entry in New York, we will be ramping up I.Q. testing immediately.”
Cuomo said that, in order to administer I.Q. tests to all Florida beachgoers attempting to enter New York,
the state will have to purchase tens of thousands of I.Q. tests on the open market.

The new CDC guidelines is skewing the numbers in a bad way, imo.
For example, Cuomo announced 480 something deaths overall today. He doesn’t add probable deaths in his briefings but WoM does so their tally is almost 700 deaths for NY.
Dont know how that works anymore. How does one know actual COVID deaths from the probable ones?

The new cases per day doesn't seem to be going down all that much, but I guess all those hidden cases are coming online.
Isn't it possible caseloads appear to have plateaued because the rate of testing plateaued in the first half of this month?
Possible. Seems to be so many variables it's nearly useless to try to decipher the national number at this point.
ing sucks because I really like their fried chicken, fries, and pies, but no way I can support a business whose owner is telling us all to off and die just to make some quick short-term money.
I feel really bad for restaurant owners because no way many outside fast food can stay in business long just on pickup and delivery, but indoor dining in crowds is a complete no-go while this thing is ripping through our population.
