It's hard to argue with a rolling laughter emoji, but we have no reason to believe he's completely informed. He certainly seemed surprised by the release. Kim Gardner doesn't report to him, if he wants more information, he can sue.

But maybe he does have the info and maybe there's a reason he's not giving specifics. He can always rely on people like you to fill in the blanks.
