It actually doesn't sound too bad to me. We want to trade the vets, and get a good return, and the easiest way to do that is showcasing them on offense before the deadline to entice other teams into giving assets up for them. I will be vomiting in my mouth slightly every time Patty takes a pull-up 3, but... I'll believe for now that it's a short-term suffering for long-term gains.
Now, if Patty keeps being a ball-hog and isn't traded by the deadline, then yeah, we can talk about concern.

you can tell the chemistry is much better than the "coffee gang" dark days, and everyone can push themselves and others to work harder and earn their spot, instead of having no-accountability defensive sieves being gifted minutes over young prospects. I like these Spurs a of a lot better than last years', tbh...
