Thought the Dubs would make the playoffs, but they might be almost as bad as the Spurs tbh.

This is the least I've ever cared about an NBA season. I didn't even know it was starting today, lol. Also cancelled League Pass for the first time since 2013.

lol shame on the talking heads for thinking Dubs would somehow be top 5 in the west. They'll be lucky to finish 7-9. Just no talent outside of Splash Only Child. They'd be swept by the We Believe Warriors.

They look bad. Missing Klay and missing Durant even more. Having to depend on Wiggins and Oubre? Big problems.

Russell netted them a top-3 protected pick next draft, which isn't bad. I can see how Russell wasn't a fit, but he's a dynamic, compe ive player who can win games. Wiggens is a net minus usually. Even with Thompson this Warriors team wasn't going to be a contender.

This team is so stacked. That -2.5 vs the clips on opening night looking like a steal imho.

Contrary to last season, the bench won't blow big leads now. Lines for Lakers games will probably balloon pretty early on in the season.
Get rid of Cook and Dudley, replace with at least 1 prime shooter and that roster is pretty goated, tbh. But you can't trust them, or your rookie, or Schroder, or probably TOSB Wes Matthews to be your spot up shooters. Much less Carso or KCP

Yalls could actually have used / could hide Forbes well tbh. He's perfect alongside LeBroom / AD

With Thompson, they might have pulled the trigger on Wiseman for LMA.

I did but then again I didn't believe the Warriors were a good team with just Curry and a bunch of role players.

I didn't think the warriors would be a le contender either, but come on... it's one game, they are missing klay and dray, and the nets are a legit contender.

Clippers are a terrible match up for them much like how the mid to late '00 Mavs were for the Spurs. They have to hope to avoid the Clippers in the playoffs.

Last year's team was a bad matchup. Not so sure about these teams with different rosters.

And Paul George in the playoffs would likely get shut down by Vogel's defense, tbh.

Naw brother. Lakers D with Gasol on the floor is awful. Dwight and McGee gave them rim protection.

You can say Wiggins and Oubre are above average players but I wouldn't say either is a star. The rest of the roster is then filled with role players outside of Curry. Wiseman could be a star down the road but he isn't there yet.
