What will be interesting though are the details of the loans he used to stay afloat.
No one, and I mean no one, wanted to loan him money, until Deutsche Bank wanted to grow at any cost, and took him on. The lax risk controls in that bank led them to some serious money laundering fines, and they became very cozy with Russian oligarchs for that reason, i.e. willingness to launder money.
There is some speculation that one or two of those oligarchs co-signed on some of those loan agreements.
