There were hundreds of ppl running with the plane. He easily could have run over a few. Theres also the control tower and also video from within the plane of the kids hanging on.

In fact, given how crowded the runway was (not to mention the plane), more might have been hurt if they tried an emergency landing.

It was a fine analogy. I don't see any problem with pulling out of Afghanistan. Maybe it could have been handled better but you have a country full of potential Islamic terrorists, uneducated goat ers and warlords. They will welcome the Taliban back after a few public executions.
