i think you're filling in gaps and creating another narrative that i never intended to project. my point was, and still is, that kyle was fare more like everyone else in that "mob" than he was different, except that he was armed more heavily and wound up killing people.How many were attacked by Joseph Rosenbaum? He wasn't the only one there that was armed. He wasn't even the only one in the skirmish who was armed. He was the only one in the skirmish who was legally armed and the only one who tried to avoid the skirmish by actually running from it. The others chased him down and attacked him, even the guy who was illegally carrying.
What you're saying is like saying a scantly clad woman brings rape onto herself by being in a bad place dressed like that, and that those who would chase her down and attack her were in their natural element. The incident could have been avoided if Kyle simply wasn't there carrying a firearm. He brought the attack on himself by exercising his 2A right.
Just like all those concealed carry folks who became nothing but vigilantes across America.

Well, reading up on this afaik he is going on about his Samsung phone and firstly, thats not even the same operating system. Second, I have no idea what that has to do with the defense's nonsensical claims. Apple doesnt have “logarithms” that shows video in 3D or recreate parts of an image that are not there. I think hes using a pinch to save text thread feature or something that compresses the images for storing so they are blurrier but the claim for the defense is the image is added to an image not subtracted from it or making it less visible. Should just get an expert in there this is like Keystone Cops nonsense. This is a slam dunk case for the defense so not really sure why he is trying to help them out so much and making an ass of himself
