At least DJ ate again, but it's gotta suck putting up good stats while mostly losing.
They ing don't have the team. They definitely lack decent big man. Nevermind we would continue to draft 6'5 players for the next decade because they are suppose to be bpa and play them at 4 and 5. I don't blame the players becoming lost bcos everyone on the floor is trying to do the same thing and their roles on the floor is being taken up and no one knows who to defend/post inside.

It's not all about the win and loss column.
It's about the team that we have knowing how to NOT blow a 17 point lead and being able to make plays down the stretch.
No one on this team has shown the ability to do that other than maybe Dejounte....and even that is questionable.
Spurstalk blowing up lol.
This board has the dumbest fan base i’ve ever encountered. If we had won this game at the buzzer you would all be rejoicing.
Should have still won this game without Jakob, but damn this guy is huge for this team.
The Warriors are deep as .
Kuminga is gonna be great.
I guarantee that nobody in the Spurs locker room is happy right now.
That is a game they SHOULD have won, and they ed it up.
This is just a bad team. They have lost too many games they should have won this year like the losses against the Rockets, Pistons, Kings.

Seriously? It shouldn’t have mattered against practically GLeaguers![]()
Kuminga, Moody and Poole even Lee are not g-leaguers.
And people upset Spurs don’t have anybody in the AS game, not even Devin on that Freshman/Sop re fmgame. Nobody deserves it tbh
Meant in general and today.. most of their 4th quarters have gone the same way this season.
Just becuase the dubs were younger doesnt mean the spurs becomes experienced all of a sudden.
We just closed out with a lineup that has 100+ games together and lost to a guys who are collectively
younger and less experienced but MORE TALENTED.
Moody, Q and Gyoza were just playing Toros the other night. Q is 2-0 against his former teams![]()
Keep DJ happy, hit in the next draft, and cross your fingers for Vassell/Primo is basically where we're at.
Yep, in the end Talent trumps all and we only got a dash of talent. Right now we have only two players who would get significant playing time on a good playoff team - Murray and Poodle every one else is just HOPE right now. So in the end the only way to get good talent for us is through high lottery draft picks. To get those picks we have to do a better job of trading assets selling high vs low and be willing to take on a bad contract to get picks.
You want to get back to happy Spurs basketball then pray we land in the top 5 this year and the top 5 next year cause that’s the only way we getting the talent we need
Shut up, head
Spurs have played the same way against house opposition already this season particularly in rhe 4th. You could write a book on it. You seem shocked.
I liked XD post from top that best explains this happening.
Spurs let GS bully them. Can’t let a dude throw elbows like 00 did.
Ya pop finshing with Beta after going Jock and Drew for 3quarters cant help cohesion.
Spurs simply choke in the 4th quarter. Team was lousy in shooting in the 4th and that is the story of the game. DeJounte tries to put the team on his shoulder by going one on one, but the other teams are ready for that. I wouldn't play Johnson in the 4th because he is a lousy defensive player and on offense makes too many mistakes--bad passes, trying to go one on one. I guess Pop feels he has to play him because of the shooting streak.
Actually he did 19/3/3 and most against no Center. True if Poeltl were there, Spurs won this. The C talent though after Poeltl just nosedived.
For context cos some acting like spurs got dominated . Spurs for 3 quarters were the better team up 104 to 89. Then got outscored a shameful but familiar 35 to 16.
The game is played 4 quarters, so the final L is what matters
