I see him as maybe better than Wally just because he'll take it to the hoop more. I don't think he's as good a pure shooter as Szczerbiak, though.
that commercial is weak. i like morrison but i had to laugh when he says "and when i get to the nba, more people will cry" like he's gonna put alot of people in pain, pure comedy.
I thought that was pretty funny, too.

Morrison seems a little wimpy to me, too soft for the NBA. And, for the record, I thought that before the crying-fit-on-the-floor episode. I just don't think anyone in the NBA is gonna take him seriously and I don't think he's gonna be a threat to anyone. I could be wrong. I hope I am.
That moustache seems a little weak to me ... how is that thing even considered a moustache?
don't get me wrong, i am sold on the guy. while he will not be a superstar in this league i believe he will be very solid. he will mature with age and experience. the guy is a compe or and i like his game, i have no trouble believing he will be successful in the nba. but i do agree he is soft and needs to be more strong headed.
Morrison is a good guy, ya'll are too hard on him.

nobody here has given any good reason to suggest Morrison won't be as advertised. Just wild speculation.
Somebody, please fill me in on the Re Scott Staap poetry thing. Sounds funny, and I have found Re to be a really fun guy to hate over the years.
Red has been in the media in the past due to his poetry, which is about clinging to his faith and using jesus to help him support his own personal cross; basically, they're just like Creed songs.

You really can't blame him. He is a stoneresque looking dude with a mustache, and the NBA is looking for every possible way to make this ty draft marketable. What better way to go than pick up where espn left off and talk about his little mustache?
It's like....hey Adam we'll throw you 600 or 700 G's if you do a 30 second commercial about your mustache you love so much.

It's not even really a mustache; he cant grow enough hair. Sam Elliot, Tom Selleck, those are mustaches. I've seen 12 yeard old girls with thicker mustaches.
