Never said people have no reason to revolt. What I said was that what you're revolting against matters. ie: revolting against a representative democracy vs revolting against a dictatorship are objectively very different things.
Individual opinions may vary, and that's certainly the case with politics or power struggles, but the premise is that historically democracy is preferable to dictatorships/autocracy.

No, it isn't. This is silly. There's general consensus in certain areas that trump how each individual feels about them. ie: Somebody, somewhere might be of the opinion that Mussolini was a swell guy. That doesn't change the fact that Mussolini was ruthless dictator, murderer and de able.
