That’s why they’ve won 3 of their last five? Gtfo
Fools gold. Spurs are not that good. Rockets are in full tank. If they played a G-league team they would lose if it meant a better lottery pick.
That’s why they’ve won 3 of their last five? Gtfo
Spurs only 1 game outta that 9th spot in the west![]()
Did a bubble just go out of his mouth and go back in?
Game is a good example of what is wrong with the modern NBA. Rockets have played like ass and barely try on defense the entire game but because they're on fire and keep chucking they have a shot to win the game![]()
Come on spurs you can get that losing feeling back!!
helps that the spurs offense has been a disaster in the last several minutes. its not just a result of 3 point shooting
Come on spurs! you don't really want that playin right?
It's what happens when you're one of the, if not the worst clutch shot making team in the league.
Shades of Robert Horry in ‘03![]()
Welp! Playin here we come
yeah, before all the intentional fouling we had scored something like 11 points over the course of 7-8 minutes. thats as big a role in the rockets comeback as anything, let alone "modern nba 3 point shooting"
Spurs (6-4) last ten games
Bring on the grizz without ja and then back2back with por
All that premature ing by Spurs fans that wanted to keep Derozan and right now the team is almost on pace for the same amount of wins they would have had with him this season.
Good game take that tankers. Play-in lets go.
I'd say winning despite a differential of -39 points from deep means the Spurs were way better in any other aspect of the game, so I'd see it as a good W. Amazing how a horrible team can stay in the game just by chucking on and on.
no better or worse without the midrange king. Stuck in that 8-12th hole
Murray, Keldon, Vassell, even Poeltl don’t develop the way they do with DeRozan still on the team.
Very unimpressive win but it’s one towards the play in tournament. Watching them I almost went back to team tank but it ain’t happening. Play in here we come.

When the Lakers lose tomorrow against the Mavs on a nationally televised game (TNT) the Spurs will be the 10th seed and in the play in.
Spurs let down in the 2nd half but Houston was also hit 20 threes which kept them in the game.
Based on the body language of the team, they really want to go to the play-in.
in 69 years as player, coach, spectator, season ticket holder and fan, I've never seen anything quite like that last shot that would've tied the game in the way it went in and out and around the basket. Ought to be on some kind of NBA viral hall of fame.
