When Robinson was worked by olashowan he got beat because he didn’t have the footwork and anticipation to stop him in 95.
What?? Lmao, no he wasn't. He got beat because, famously (how the are you on ST and don't know this is beyond me), he was forced to guard Hakeem one-on-one after Rodman quit on the team and refused to help. Because that's what you do with overpowering, powerhouse offensive players... You send help. You try to trap them, you play ball denial when possible, you try to keep them from getting position.

The gall to say the ing Admiral didn't have footwork or anticipation , I'm impressed at the levels you're go to die on this stupid hill. And I'm the one who hasn't played ball?

Lmao, I played compe ive up till the end of highschool, fella. What exactly screams out to you that I didn't? The fact that I don't buy that an MVP level player can be dealt with with just "footwork and anticipation", both things the DPOY candidates have in spades (thus their good defense), all of which have been shat on by said MVP level player? Gee, what an amazing proposition!

Lazy, no-substance, personal attack level retort. You can do better! Step it up or shut up, no in between.

Oh crap im impressed!! When are you getting drafted?

Trey Jones running the show has been superb and that's with no outside shot. Nuggs had no answer for his drives.

DV shooting lights out, full of energy.

Spurs team defense and Zollins work did well to close out the half .

Oh no wonder why you are not playing now.
Damn, that's even lazier and stupider than your last substance-less retort. I'm bored, you're not worth the trouble. What a dunce...

I've shat on him in the past, but I've been impressed with Tre's game the last couple matches I've caught. His do-or-die will always be the 3 ball, so I'll be rooting for him to keep working on that in the off-season. He really has no other holes to his game, besides the obvious fact that he's not too tall.

Collins has done a better job on Jokic then Jakob has ever done lol definitely got under his skin

Yeah Collins has always been a physical maybe kinda sorta dirty player on defense

He got them sunken eyes and them dark sports. He looks like the worlds tallest and strongest cokehead. I know him and Quinn Snyder got to move in the same circles

I don’t want to pick on Poeltl, but he seems to play scared. I mean Zollins would try to push Jokic out of position while Poeltl almost just gives up. Just the body language between the two is night and day.

Stfu. You're recollection of 95 is wrong. DAVID was best equipped to guard the dream. He just went another level one on one.

Your recollection is very cloudy. It it well known that olawjawan had a better series and why the Spurs lost.

How so? First time I'm hearing this. Are they close off-court or something like that? I don't think I've seen tape of them training/shooting together, either, and it's not like the rest of the team elevated their shooting either (cough, Lonnie, cough), just Keldon.
I’m not sure of the training together part (although that wouldn’t surprise me), it’s the way Doug created a lot of attention as an absolute sniper. My contention - The trickle on effect allowed Keldon to gain confidence even when his shot struggled to start the year. He was going to be able to get open looks in most situations, just had to start knocking ‘em down.

    I found this pretty interesting:
