Nice gift from the Netherlands. These things are better than anything in the RUS arsenal by a very, very long shot, literally.
Longer range, more rounds per minute, better radar etc. When they put them into action, they can outrange any artillery RUS has, and their counterbattery capabilities will be murder on RUS artillery.
RUS is about to become a ing practice dummy for all sorts of NATO high-tech weaponry.
The importance of this is not to be understated. Should have been done on day two, IMO.
Also more accurate and faster. Shoot and scoot. It can fire one round, wait 75 seconds for impact to correct fire, then shoot four rounds in quick succession, then move. Way too fast for Russia’s OODA loop.

Unconfirmed: UKR has already been training on these apparently for several weeks.
So they may already have a head start on it. Some are saying it will take months for a "battalion" sized unit to train, but that seems excessive.
Given the motivation and intense pressure, I would say the first small platoon/company battery will be ready well before "months"
Tactically, UKR is pretty efficient. That means they just need to familiarize trainees with the technical aspects, and mechanics to go with.
After that... open season on RUS close in artillery, the main pillar on which RUS "doctrine" depends.
put these things together with real time UAV/drone observation, and the pucker factor for RUS artillerymen is going to break the gauge.
