Apparently there was a comment by POTUS to other South American presidents on the OAS in LA a few days ago that they have intelligence Russia is readying to use a tactical nuke and there's serious concerns in the administration about it, as it would basically mean the start of WW3.
Haven't seen it reported in US media, but it's all over South American newspapers... that said, we're talking about Old Joe here...
