Good. He's in' with ya's, like ya's ed with him.

He knows that you know that he knows that he'll be President forever, just like the 44 before him across 4 centuries.

You're never going to eradicate that from the annals, RG. He got your in' asses when you let your guard down in the safe & sure belief that Clinton was (45). He walked in off the street and sacked you bas s when you was skinnin' & a grinnin'. Even CNN let their defense lapse..."Let's not steamroll him and give him the ammo to denounce us once she sacks him come November. We'll treat him more or less fair and then after she sacks him we'll come down on that fat like a ton-a-brick. Savvy?"

He made President and blasted hair all over them walls!!!

Seems like status quo for wealthy white non-military types to destroy communications before they can be indicted for them.

Reality Winner got five years for mishandling one do ent. Petraus did no time, but had to plead guilty.

Trump turned over 184 classified do ents he stole before the August 8th search.

I think both were illegal and should be prosecuted.

You mean the top secret emails she kept on a private server? Thats the same as keeping them in your closet. Did you mean the email server she had professionally "wiped" when she knew the computer was about to be subpoenaed by congress?

I'm not going to argue that one again.

    They were both wrong.

No problem. I'll just chalk it up as another ignorant "both sides" re comment and move on.

in your mind is there a difference between stealing NDI you have no right to possess and being careless with NDI the government has cleared you for?

Both are illegal. If you want to argue scale of illegality then Trumps was probably worse. Hillary's was more equivalent to what Petraeus did.

No, Whinehole brought the "both sides" up. I simply responded to his post and pointed out both broke the law. Your aggressive stupidity shows up again.

There are degrees of severity. Not simply right or wrong.

In the two distinct cases, intent plays a major role in differentiating. The emails on a private server vulnerable to hacking is carelessly, recklessly stupid. Taking, keeping, hiding and lying about federal, classified do ents is knowingly, willingly, intentionally malicious. And criminal.

Even if both sides, unbiasedly, agree that both things are wrong, you have to understand how one is worse than the other, more egregious than the other, more appropriately punishable than the other. There no “probably worse” about it. The intent and the subsequent lying about and trying to cover it up is what puts Trump in such legal jeopardy. If back in January, he and his team gave EVERYTHING back, there’s likely none of this, no subpoena, no search, no further investigation, no legal aftermath.

The intent is the major difference here. It’s the difference between manslaughter and premeditated, first degree murder. And that’s not in defense of Hillary. She can go down too. I don’t give a . It’s just identifying the distinctions and why one is worse than the other.

I already said I thought Trumps was more egregious. But ask yourself, does knowing a congressional subpoena is coming for the email server and then hiring professionals to destroy the data on the server qualify as hiding the information?
