Doubtful he wants to trade one small market for a smaller one if he was asking out.
We're clearly not going to get the number 1 or 2 picks, which I wish we could be lets be real here
The Kings will probably end up with one of those picks, got me thinking....
IF and WHEN Fox asks out, how do we feel about putting a package for him?
Assuming we don't trade next years pick that we have, we'll probably get the 3-6 range.
Fox
Vassell
Keldon
Sochan
2023 Pick?
That definitely looks like a fun team with some serious potential

Clearly? It's been 5 games bro. Spurs don't necessarily need to be the worst team in the league to get a top 5 pick. Trading for a middling player like Fox so we can make the play in would be the absolute worst thing the FO could do with this roster. Just let them develop and see what happens
I'd rather target someone like Maxey from the sixers. If they implode they'll wanna unload Harris I'd guess and I might take him and give an asset back if Maxey was included.
He'll, if the Lakers like Harris more than a TE maybe route him there in a 3 team deal and absorb WB instead.
Kinda wary of high usage guards who haven't managed to win any games.
Fox is in the same category as Dejounte and SGA, high usage guys that aren’t franchise guys. His career 3G% is .322.
He is a native Texan though so it might not be as unthinkable for him.
We have Primo……..cheaper and higher upside. Patience dear boy!
He considers himself as more of a Louisiana guy though (his family came over because of Katrina).
I always loved this guy. He's a very, very good player although he hasn't progressed quite to that high-end star level as he might have.
We also have Blake Wesley who has the potential to be a Legit Star if and I mean IF he can make the transition to PG. Either way I am not making any trades other then the Flaker trade I really want to see what the young kids can do this season
Sacto should have hung on to Haliburton and shipped Fox out somewhere.
Hard pass.
I agree.
Fox isn't a needle-mover and let's just let Primo develop because he is going to continue to develop.
Primo is not a finished product and is going to continue his journey as a professional.
I'm invested to see what he becomes.
I agree that "choosing" Primo over Fox makes sense.
But, to be fair, Primo and Fox are completely different types of players.
You're right.
Why? Really does nothing for the rebuild. Maybe we can also trade for Derozan.
