That’s a pretty major offense, made worse by it involving a Spurs employee. But I can’t help but feel we’ll be waiting for another shoe to fall, and for that other shoe involving a minor…. Unless the former Spurs employee was a minor at the time.

love how pop is a woke "liberal feminist" because he waived a sex offender who exposed himself to pop's staff.

Stfu asshole. Tired of you political pieces of injecting your small syndrome into every crevice of life. There’s a reason most of society sneers at you. ing insufferable s.
What's wrong with having a small ? Body shaming is acceptable, I guess. Very emphatic and progressive. Bernie by way of Ayn Rand. Interesting.

spurs had to ditch him asap since it was an employee.

lawyer would've have a field day... "the spurs chose to keep josh with the org until they could find a trade, how convenient for them. they chose to overlook the damage done to one to my client. what an act of utterly gross negligence."

, the Lakers will probably set up a "flashing coordinator" and a state of the art "flashing facility."

Reminder that Deshaun Watson had 24 women accuse him of sexual misconduct and the Texans still received first-round picks in 2022, 2023 and 2024; a third-round pick in 2022; and a fourth-round pick in 2024.

The Spurs said, nah, we're good.
DeShaun Watson is a franchise quarterback. Josh Primo is a scrub. It’s always a business decision balancing the value of the asset against the risk.

Team Sengun stays winning. He may be an undersized center but at least he ain't a sexual predator.

One of the worst Spurs picks of all time. Really goes to show that drafting based on character is a farce since anybody can fake a good interview and pretend to be humble, kind, and hard working. Spurs front office tanking faster than Holt Jr's bank account after all the lawyer fees and settlements.

Yea Spurs definitely made the right decision to cut ties immediately. As gambit stated above, the victim’s lawyers would’ve pounced all over PATFO had they kept him or waited to trade. And they’re already likely going to lose a nice chunk of change in the settlement. And the Spurs better hope it’s not proven that they knew about this for a long time before cutting him… or it’s gonna get messy.

Just a ty situation all around tbh. Another in whiff of a draft pick.

Now this makes more sense. The team clearly has to distance themselves from him immediately. Sitting on him and waiting for a trade then becomes complicated for the organization.

God damn. What a ing shame.

He’ll land somewhere. The next team has zero legal liability. He’ll settle the it’ll be a fresh start.
I don’t know man. He’s gotta beat/overcome the legal charges coming, which could take some time.

Also, if you think about it, by compensating the spurs for part of Primos contract a team that claims him is essentially helping to bankroll any payouts he has to make to his accusers. That’s a weird look, but I guess we’ve seen less s given by sports teams in other contexts so it may not matter.

Ok, not trying to be insensitive. I know what he did is sick and obviously wouldn't want that happening to any female I care about...but could this also be a money grab by the female employee? She just coincidentally lawyered up with the same lawyer that secured big paydays for Watson's victims?

IDK I know Primo is a sick dumbass for pulling this . But I'll go ahead and say it...the chick seems like she's after a big check moreso than she was traumatized by this.

Primo would be perfect fit on the Lakers. Only organization in the league that celebrates rapists (although Utah is up there with their statues dedicated to pedo Malone)

Primo showed no ownership in his statement and it is pretty pathetic now that the story came out and you read what he said last night.

What did the Spurs really know and when did they really know it?

I guess the truth will be found out during discovery.
Exactly what I just said out loud.

Forget whether or not the Spurs should have released Primo. It's obvious that they had to. The real organizational danger now is if the Spurs knew something and sat on it or covered it up. If that happened, people will get fired. I'm not sure that Brian Wright or even RC Buford could survive those allegations.

The word "multiple" in the Woj bomb should be terrifying to everyone in the front office, ownership and Pop himself.
