I love how people just keep taking for granted that SA is compe ive against good teams so often and smacks around those other tanking teams every time they play but don’t understand how they may be undervaluing our players abilities and ceilings through all of that…there is a little cognitive dissonance going on there IMO

Perfect game. It took Pop a little time to realize that you can't just coast to a bottom 3 record. It takes work, namely, knowing who to play and who not to play to ensure a loss that passes commissioner scrutiny. Glad to see the Spurs are figuring out what Houston and 5 teams in the east already know. You must sit your best scorers with "injuries" and get them to get non-essential surgery so you have an easy excuse for not having them play the rest of the year.
