Rule of thumb is 3 to 1 attacker casualties v defender casualties. Unfortunately that goes in the Russians favor when Ukraine starts their spring offensive.

Early May is my guess. By then RUS will have spent so many troops on failed attacks they will have weakened themselves.
UKR is hitting the troop reserves, command posts, and supply caches RUS needs to defend with HIMARS.
Gonna be rough, but the logistics capabilities in teh aid packages say volumes.
