Sounds like the team & Becky made some remarks about the possibility of a player getting pregnant again in her contract negotiations. When they could not agree they traded her. Is any of that against the rules?
No company can discuss a number of different issues, including pregnancy, and use that against an employee.
Becky, and the Aces, violated league and players union rules, the details of which have not been detailed but implied. It sounds as if Becky may have used the player's pregnancy against her, and maybe even harassed her over the pregnancy. This is all just conjecture over what was released. I'm not sure that we'll here from Becky on this (she may say she can't comment for litigious reasons). On the surface, it's not a good look.
