Ehhhhh, maybe. But I doubt it. Denver in 6.
I got Heat in 6. Jokic is just one player. Murray/Porter will be back down to earth against this Heat D. Tyler Herro will be back. Martin will be an issue for Denver. Miami will overwhelm the Nuggets with their energy.
Ehhhhh, maybe. But I doubt it. Denver in 6.
you said Miami was done after game 6.
Dirk & Jokic
Took a dump on Miami. Even Lebron did.
Very impressive run and Miami could beat anyone in 1 game. But over a series they will disappoint the American viewer again.
Imagine losing to Lebron in LA
Nuggets in 5.
Nuggets 4-1
After this Final the Heat will be 5-12 at best in the recent Finals
This has the makings of a demolition by Denver considering how Boston looked when their shots were falling.
Jokic isn’t going to be flustered by zone defense & the role players feast on back cuts against janky defense. Murray is also a three level scorer who’s more than happy to take midrange shots.
The only chance the Heat have is Bam turning into bubble Anthony Davis b/c Butler isn’t going to be able to bully Gordon/Brown.
I'd pick Denver just because they were the best team in the league in the RS. I'd guess they are practicing for the zone.
Nuggets in 5. Heat win game 1 and the Nuggets take the next four tbh.
This series comes down to Spo vs. Malone. Jokic will carve the zone up because he's a smarter player if you put him on the foul line like Boston tried to do with an injured Tatum/Horford. Miami couldn't really guard White for the last half of this series, now they have to guard Murray with the likes of Vincent/Struss. Can Martin continue to be the Heat's 2nd best player? Or will Bam need to play a ton better than he did in the ECF. Will Herro be back and if he is, will it disrupt the chemistry and continuity that has gotten the Heat to this point? Too much time off vs. an historic run? Denver is in the Finals for the 1st time while Miami is in for the 2nd time in 4 years. I think this series is a long one with the al ude affecting the first two games but I can see it going 6/7.
I want Jokic to ring, because he has been my favorite player for a while but I also want Butler and his undrafted teammates to ring
It's never easy
I'm just glad Bostonfan is in Cancun with the rest of us.
If there's no funny business, then the Nuggets in 6, maybe 5. The Heat know all about funny business though.
Yeah, not a bad take either. 90% of Murica thought Miami was done.
This isn't going to be compe ive at all. Denver with the sweep or maybe 5.
Lowry, Butler and some other Heat ran their mouths after this:
Miami is not going to have another Jaylen Brown to bail them out.
HeatRef making another appearance is their only chance.
Morris got what he deserved
This got the Jokic bros to challenge the Morris bros.
Could sell tickets to that
"Not sure what set Jokic off". Did the guy not see how Morris just basically went and body checked him out of nowhere? Morris got what he deserved, probably a lot later than it should've been. It's like when Scott Weiland died, nobody was surprised he did, everybody was surprised it came so late.
and then he didn't learn and got punked by a 19 year old rookie, lol
When Miami wins game 1 tonight, you will change your tune quickly. The series will be over after that as Miami isn’t giving away anymore home losses.
You continuing to doubt Miami is a bad take. WHEN the Heat win game 1 tonight, the series is over. Enjoy your false hope while it lasts.
