swept
Thank God he made that shot. Good night Mets. Come home Wemby.
Glad that the Mets lost tbh. This gives Wemby a week to rest up and prepare for the NBA draft, and I don’t think I could’ve sat through another Mets92 game. His team is ing awful and it’s hard to watch that level of bad basketball.
Get Wemby to San Antonio ASAP tbh.
Yea,get wemby outta here healthy
Victors teammates were like crabs in a bucket pulling him down.
Wemby had so many teammates who think they got this....but they don't got this
Also, I have zero clue why Bilal is getting draft hype. Dude is TRASH
Laker / Warriors reffing.
This game, particularly the 4th qtr should help prepare Wama for the above.
22 points, 7 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists, 1 steal
Wemby shows some flashes as a good passer.
The Sochemby high-low game is gonna be crazy.
Stud. He's going to be incredible.
METS LOSE! METS LOSE!!
Time to turn the page to the start of your Spurs career, young man
Also shoutout to former Spur Jaron Blossomgame...had a big game and finished with 22 points (I think?) for Monaco
Wemby 22 pt, 7 reb, 2 ast, 4 blk, 8/8 for FT and 1/4 from three
This playoff run, and the frustration of not winning, is going to be invaluable for Wemby's future.
“Trash” is a little harsh, but yea, been saying it for 3 weeks now: He’s extremely overrated right now simply due to the fact that he plays with Wemby.
He’s only 18 and he’s a great athlete with good size, and he’s shown some flashes of nice passing and finishing easy dunks, but that’s about it. He’s not a great shooter right now despite his inflated averages on low volume, and he’s not a playmaker (yet). He is a young project as far as I’m concerned. He can likely carve out a nice 3&D role at the next level at minimum if he improves on his 3, which I think he will, but I don’t see a star player who’s worth taking in the lottery. It’s just not there right now. Would be a huge gamble to take him that high when there’s much better talent available imo.

Blossomgame and brown gave wemby fits
Yea said the same a few pages back. Zollins too, who is a good passer. Lot of potential there between those 3. It’s exciting tbh.
One week until he's a Spur, officially
Scouts were telling him to stop playing after the Las Vegas showcase games but people don't realize how much he's grown this season.
Bilal Coulibaly is Rayan Rupert without Wembanyama shining on him.
They are very similar... i like Rupert just a tad bit better, but its close..
That only worked because his teammates are absolute merde. He's perfectly willing to give up the ball, so if you overplay him in the NBA, he'll carve you up as a passer. Your other 4 guys will be playing 4 on 3 or even 4 on 2.
odd that they hand out medals to the runner-ups. i also noticed that Wemby never put his medal on and had no interest in it. despite having such mediocre teammates, he was great with them. he had a solid game and didn't get hurt so that is a win-win. btw, that trophy is like a work of art although the ball looked like a volleyball.
I confirm you have zero clue.
Basically this. They’re interchangeable. Coulibaly is a little better 3-point shooter, and Rupert is a slightly better defender and midrange shooter, but they’re very similar in size and abilities.
