This whole "experiment" thing is nice and all but at some point you gotta have some semblance of structure out there. The kid has all the eyes on him, putting him on less than ideal scenarios is not gonna help him one bit, tbh.

Strength and conditioning are huge areas of improvement. But this roster will desperately need a veteran PG that can get Wemby easy looks during the regular season.

Either the guards are ignoring what he's asking them to do or Matt Nielsen's completely out of his depth in terms of his offensive sets and it's hurting Wemby big time. Horrifically primitive playcalling even by Summer League standards.

Wemby's not exactly helping himself with his tentativeness so far but the lack of interest in getting the ball to him in motion downhill off screens and cuts is baffling.

I don’t know what you’re ranting about tonight. They’ve played him as mostly a center so far in this game with his offense revolving around post ups instead of perimeter handling.

Agree totally. It's not handling the situation well. But then the only player who seems capable of looking for anyone else is Barlow. Wesley and Branham don't see the floor well.
