your hiding what you think about what the autopsies said

did either autopsy disagree that the cause of death was homicide?

I have. I’m not sure what you think the autopsy report says.

But my question to koriwhat has nothing to do with it.

im just asking him if he believes it should be legal to murder fentanyl users

that question is not specific to floyd
Clearly you have not read it because you don't know his cause of death.

The question you keep asking is irrelevant to everything, which is why you won't ever get an answer.

there are two different autopsies. both said cause of death was homicide

the one from the county done by andrew baker says "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression." dr. baker reiterated at trial that the cause of death was homicide

the one commissioned by the family, done by dr. baden and dr. wilson, said it was "asphyxiation from sustained pressure"

the question i keep asking is if either autopsy report disagreed that the cause of death was homicide. not sure how thats irrelevant, unless you mean its irrelevant because everybody already knows the answer is "no"... then again, you still seem to be confused as to the autopsy reports, even 2 years after this was all addressed in a very public trial (dr's baden and wilson from the family commissioned autopsy did not appear at trial)

I read it the day it was released. It said he overdosed on fentanyl. I honestly wasn't aware that they changed it since then. My bad. Carry on.

They didn’t change it. No autopsy report said he died of fentanyl overdose. The toxicology report attached to the county autopsy report did show levels of fentanyl which could be fatal. But that was never deemed the cause of death on any autopsy report

Again, I read it the day it came out. You might as well not bother arguing it to me. Let's just move on and agree that the funniest thing from the OP article is referring to Jack as a star for the Spurs.

its not your eyes, its possibly your memory of a report that you read over 3 years ago now. would have been more accurate to suggest you are misremembering vs you misread at the time

here, ill link the report to you and you can use your eyes now. at the very top of the report, under case le, it says: "Cardiopulmonary Arrest Complicating Law Enforcement Subdual, Restraint, and Neck Compression" in all caps.

at trial it was confirmed that this was Dr. Baker's stated cause of death. you can just watch the first 12 seconds to verify

I hope more life long criminals die too by OD'ing or not.
So I think that George Floyd was a pretty sorry specimen of humanity. That doesn't mean that he shouldn't be given basic dignity and respect. It for certain doesn't mean that he should have had his life ended by the actions of police officers while he was in their custody. In fact the word custody is pretty deliberate in that it shows they were responsible for his well being at that time as his custodians.

Now my question is have you ever littered, jaywalked, speed or watched an illicit sports stream on TV? How's your driving on those rare instances you come out of the basement and your mom lets you use the car?

Oh and bringing this back on topic not arguing with a person less intelligent than the wall, Stephen Jackson seems to really like the limelight. He has enough influence that he can be a force for good. I hope that he has found a cause in social justice and combating police discrimination/violence. It is something that can be improved in the United States.

I have met him but don't know him. By reputation he is a guy who stays the course, sticks with his allies, and is willing to face bad odds and personal consequences for what he believes in. It keeps him from spouting ludicrous takes for the spotlight.

While the claim of being the biggest face since MLKjr. Is far-fetched at this point there's no reason why if he doesn't stick with it and fight a good fight about it that it can't become true. I hope he works to make those words stick and that someday we are considering a Cpt. Jack civil rights park or sports center in every city or town.
