Exhibit 100 why I am ready for Pop to retire. The number one reason why the Spurs are bad at defending the 3 is because Pop doesn't know how to coach defending the 3. We have been awful at it literally since we traded Kawhi.

That is scary for the future. The Spurs don’t attract stars and right now, outside of Wemby and Vassel, everybody else is ranging from bad to average. The draft is a gamble and takes time to develop players. Wemby needs to have an all star next to him who can shoot the three and penetrate to draw the defense. I hope that the front office has a plan otherwise Welby light not stay at the end of his rookie contract
