Russians still going for civilians while Ukraine is pounding Russias ability to defend itself in the South. The Black Sea is extraordinarily dangerous for Russia as well. So that land grab for Crimea has gone completely sour.

And, the F16s will be brought online.
Putin has absolutely ruined 2 countries. Such a pitiful waste of lives and economies.

F-16s are being brought in as UKR builds the infrastructure to support them. Very much a work in progress to integrate UKR into the NATO industrial complex.

Meanwhile RUS is trying to manage their demographic. RUS needs working age qualified people to work their farms and oil fields and to send into the meatgrinder. OTOH, the propaganda model is to devalue non-Russians. Their have been regional anti migrant crackdowns across the RUS lands.

The 'election' is in March.

Of course Zelensky didn't think there would even be a full scale invasion.

Then he didn't think the war would last a full year.
