How was Collins supposedly seen as having DPOY material back when he was drafted? He's a sieve defensively.

Spurs already had the worst defensive player in the league in Doug McDermott, then they went out and drafted an even worse one in Branham. The spurs literally have the two worst defensive players in the entire league in their rotation.
Nobody topping prime Bryn Forbes tbh. Pop had that mfer starting for 2 straight seasons over Derrick
Bryn had that dog in him, mean mug and clapping every time he s up, making it look like it's not going to happen again...until it happens again the very next possession.
On a more serious note, as ridiculous as it sounds, current version of Collins is even worse simply because it's way worse for the team to have an awful defender at C than SG.
