b2b win for the Spurs and they are starting to look like a team. IDk if I wanted them to win or lose as they are still on a chase for lottery top odds...

Great game esp in 2nd game of b2b.

Thanks Timvp. It was a great win, though I’d be okay with a compe ive loss. Still I’m happy for the team beating a very good team. I thought Wemby got more than 2 blocks. But it was against a twin-tower and both AS caliber. Still Wemby put up a double-double, 6 assists and 2 blocks. Those two missed FT’s were crucial, but at least they played great defense in the last minutes to secure the win.

I think Wesley’s stats don’t show it but his defense slowed down the POA particularly Edwards ar times. And that was a emphatic crucial block, but I like him to attack the rim more. Vassell bounced back from terrible shooting. But shooters always shoot, so that’s great. I like Jeremy’s aggressiveness, which is wuite a momentum from scoring 33 points.

Spurs big 4 have been doing work these last 2 games. Devin, Sochan and Keldon are actually starting to look like a decent supporting cast. Let's hope they keep it up. Also Barlow and Wesley for Collins and Branham makes the team worlds better defensively.

Also: Tre Jones is shooting 44.4 % from 3 since he missed the 3-pointer against Milwaukee

If Blake puts on some muscle, he could actually become a potential all-d team player.

Barlow Had A Couple Clutch Shots. It’s A Shame He’s Not Tall Or Strong Enough To Be A True C, So He Will Sometimes Have Games Where He Gets Bullied On That End By Bigger Guys. Hopefully He Can Offset That By Providing More Value On Offense Consistently. I Don’t See Him Being A PF Ever In His Career.

Last I looked Barlow was still 20. I’m not real worried about him getting “bullied” his entire career. He’s an excellent small ball center prospect and a big lineup with him, Wemby, and Sochan would be cool to see at times.

This would have been a 20 pt loss if Collins played tbh

Spurs have now officially cleared the 72/73 Sixers
Pistons are still in with a chance.

Good win. Team is still really young, but starting to come together

Zero shot Tre doesn't become a better shooter from that miss alone. That puts a fire in you.

I was on the road coming home expecting a loss having last checked the score in the 3rd. Came home and watched the whole game and feel like our playing in the 4th showed what we can do. Vassell, Wemby, Barlow, KJ, Sochan, and more made stellar shots! Lets for three in a row!

They still have a shot, but they beat OKC today.

Only got to watch the 2nd quarter. Boy was I surprised when I checked the final score
