From what I have read asking for a felony is going to be more difficult.
The much easier case is Georgia which has been put on hold because of prosecutors fooling with each other which I find amusing as Trump thinks only he can grab any vagina or penis.

So we are all agreeing he will probably get convicted of a few misdemeanors on business records but the felonies are probably a stretch too far?
