Wth is the roof of Tropicana Field made of? Paper mache? Kleenex tissue? Tin foil?

Regardless how bad a storm it is, a professional sports stadium roof should not look like the pieces of a piñata at a kids birthday party.
Corrupt politicians and biznuss people ripping off the taxpayers per par.

Sorry brotha. You were spot on with what you warned about, even before the series.

This is one of a back and forth rivalry. Shame it hasn't been played over 7-games, yet. Padres have as good of a chance as anyone else in the coming seasons and this format has become so unpredictable. Better days ahead

Luckily they have Tatis/Merrill for years to come but this iteration of the Padres has run its course. Time to fire everyone and trade the vets tbh.

October Baseball - pitching & timely hitting

Musgrave was bigly. I don't know Padres farm system but Braves have only been drafting arms.

Padres have completely depleted their farm system. They have an 18 year old SS prospect and 19 year old catcher that will eventually make the big leagues, but other than that they're barren. All the more reason to unload these vets now while they hold value tbh.

    Braves AA and Padres Preller

    Arguably polar opposites.

I believe in this Padres clubhouse. Need more pitching though. With Joe out. Classically to win the NL you need pitching

Yet the Bats will decide the Banner

Fatchado and Bogus are entirely untradeable.

If opposing batters continue to have their zero BBIQ while facing average Dodger pitching, it's over.
