At least you can be happy the Yankees had about the worst choke imaginable. Cole and Rizzo being too lazy to get to first for the out that would have kept it 5-3 and then their dip catcher interfering in the swing of an ice cold Ohtani. Yankees just handed this one to the Dodgers.

Congrats Dodgers fans. Thank you for beating the Evil Empire. The Yankees losing is a championship for all of us.

Amazing what unlimited money can buy

Shohei’s deferred payments contributed more to this series than Shohei

Doyers won't end up paying a cent of those deferred payments either

Was pretty solid in the real WS vs San Diego though. Still can't believe how much the Yankees ed this series up, they should have been up 3-2 if it wasn't for all their ups in the field.

No one on the Yankees besides Soto I think has a ring. I think he might be gone to the Mets. But it’s not really that surprising. Judge never shows up in the playoffs. Ever. They were not winning this series anyway.

    Judge remains ringless
The Yankees could be done if both Soto and Cole leave. they are done if just Soto leaves. Because Stanton finally had a decently healthy season.

Biggest choke artists probably in the history of the game. How the do you not win 1 game with Judge and Soto in the same lineup.
nope that still goes to houston

losing in the ws to a team 14 games back

losing in the ws to a team that didnt even win 90 games

only winning 1 WS despite years of tanking to stack talent combined with the most egregious cheating in modern sports history

IDK, if Cole covers first and Torres gets in front of that throw to second in Game 1 the Yankees are probably going back to LA for Game 6 with a 3-2 series lead. Such a low IQ team snatching defeat from the jaws of victory twice.

Soto is better than any player the Astros have had. Judge hits 55 Home runs in the regular season and has piss running down his legs in the post season. There’s no question about this choke job. The Yankees can and have bought any player they want with the major advantage of playing in New York and haven’t won for 15 years. There is no comparison.

you can keep trying, but there is simply no way you can justify the yankees losing to a superior team as being a choke job remotely comparable to what houston has done over the past decade

What Houston has done over the past decade is still more than what the Yankees have accomplished. Lmao

still has nothing to do with the comparison of choke jobs

Houston has the worst choke jobs in modern baseball history and it's not remotely close

If you're counting the '99 Spurs ship, you're counting the 2020 ring tbh. Can't have it both ways, Robz.

The 99 playoffs were at least played normally. The 2020 MLB and NBA playoffs were played without fans at neutral sites.

did this benefit the champion in some way that the non champions did not benefit?
