What is to be will be. We signed up to help our friend not prop up a War for handful of years. Polska dealt with this reality and is booming people today. There is a tomorrow for Ukraine, in part to it's peoples sacrifice but also our dedication.
A conclusion must be met. We are ready to rebound living standards and yes the Russian people caught in the middle deserve it too. We are all Europeans after all. Time to shake hands, build graves and move on...
Putin has to wait to see if the United States is going to pull out after January 20th. If we pull out I'd stay the course and get as far into Ukraine as I could if I were Putin. Take advantage IMMEDIATELY and for as long as it lasts.
If we around and loiter Putin should stay the course to make sure we really mean it. Once it's established we ain't goin' nowhere stop where he's at and see if they'll accept that.

Had we not coup them in 2014 and push them to fight Russia in 2022, they would be so much better off.
Now they lost 1/4 their territory and lost hundreds of thousands of young men with many more hundreds of thousand maimed and crippled. Half thenpopulation left and is now a black hole of poverty, corruption and death.

NATO’s Ballistic Missile Defence allows for the detection of a missile attack and uses radar data to guide an interceptor to destroy the adversary’s offensive ballistic missile. The missile defence site in Poland can defend against short-to-intermediate range ballistic missiles. Aegis Ashore is a key component of NATO’s Ballistic Missile Defence “Enhanced Operational Capability” declared by Allied Heads of State and Government at the Washington Summit.
NATO Ballistic Missile Defence’s mission is to protect NATO’s European populations, territory and forces against the increasing threat posed by ballistic missiles. Key elements of NATO’s missile shield include the two U.S. Aegis Ashore sites in Poland and Romania along with U.S navy destroyers out of Rota, Spain, and an early-warning radar in Kurecik, Türkiye. Aegis Ashore is purely defensive. About 200 military personnel are stationed at the two interceptor sites in Poland and Romania. The site in Deveselu, Romania, has been operational since 2016.
Poland and Germany exist because they are propped up by the US. That has not concluded.
