Let's just ignore Capela is moving and preventing Castle from contesting the shot.

There is ZERO spacing when Sochan is on the floor... You you can't see that in his box scores...but his affect on the offense isn't good

Castle filling the role of Collins and Branham tonight with a -16 (Vassell also a -16 tbh)

Has regressed when not in the SL. Unfortunately.

Hawks can score off a fast break. The Spurs can't.

I’m not doomsdaying here, but this team is not as good as their record shows. It’s no last year, but this is rough.

    This just can't work.
We can't keep acommodating players who don't fit together into these dysfunctional lineups.
Castle and Jeremy can't play together until one of them develops a functional jumpshot. On top of that in their first rotation together they played with Bassey.
Then we lose some more momentum with CP3/Tre duo for whatever reason. No, we don't need two midgets on the floor together.

And these turnovers...there's not a single other team in the league that just gets the ball taken away from them for no reason.

Just -6, Hawks are nothing special, easily winnable game.

Got lucky with that last 5 point swing to end the half.

That 6pt swing with the flagrant was brutal.

They are looking like a .500 win team. Sometimes they click, sometimes they don't. That's just how it is. The bright point is that even on losses, Wemby is looking at least good. There's that consistency that we're looking for from him.

Spurs fans are in pure coping mode about Sochan. Imo PTFO too.

It's take some time for them to open their eyes

Sure, I’m not completely down on them, I still see a lot of things to look forward to in a year or two. But they perform like this more often than not. I don’t know that 13-13 fully describes this team at full health. I’m kind of wondering if their performance during some injuries is an indicator…

I really do see where you're coming from. Time will ultimately tell, I had play-in expectations coming in and so far that has been our pace.

One thing to note is that after Dev's hot "start" to the season, he hasn't been able to show the consistency needed from a #2 or heck even a #3 ala MPJ. That has been the main point with him last year as well, aside from his injury history... I really do want Dev to be a mainstay, franchise guy. When he's on, his game is just beautiful. A hooper but an inconsistent hooper so far.

Nobody is improving, the team has the same deficiencies as last season.

A couple of (useful) vets added doesn't improve the team long term and we're not bad enough to tank.

Wemby isn't even showing real improvements in areas we're all expecting.

    Wasted season for now.

Wemby has definitely improved. His passing numbers are a bit down but the quality of his passes have been better. He has go to post moves now, either a quick spin or a fadeway. His shooting is getting there. The rebounding though leaves much to be desired for I give you that.

Rest of the team from last year to this year are either too early to decide on (Vasell and his missed games, or irrelevant to talk about like Wesley, Branham, Jones etc in terms of big picture).

    One would think so, right?

You've probably been away from ST for a while I guess
