If they have the balls to even attempt to figure that out. Balance of power officially gone.
If 5 justices decide it's ok for DJT to make and break laws by decree and even reinterpret the cons ution, then we basically have rule by one person. The only problem at that point is how to figure out to prevent the alternation of power.
If they have the balls to even attempt to figure that out. Balance of power officially gone.
swamp creatures doing what swamp creatures do
https://prospect.org/politics/2025-0...eaction-day-1/But the rescinded order that caught my eye was Executive Order 14006, which eliminated the use of privately operated criminal detention facilities. Keep in mind that Trump billed this effort primarily as rooting out “diversity, equity, and inclusion” from the government. Bringing back privately operated detention doesn’t serve that purpose at all. It simply enriches the private prison duopoly, GEO Group and CoreCivic. Both company’sstocks have soared since the election, and now, both stand to gain billions in federal contracts, mostly to detain undo ented immigrants. It’s a big win for GEO Group’s former lobbyist, attorney general nominee Pam Bondi.
Obviously
How many ANTIFA were pardoned for attacking the capitol and being treasonous insurrectionists?
Did trump have those "false flag" organizers arrested?
Did OJ find the "killers?"
United States of Amerikkka...
some people think Trump's EV charging EO is an attempted end around on the law that prevents the president from impounding appropriated funds
if Trump can swipe Congressional funding for whatever he wants, he's not very much like any US president ever.
guess it's up to SCOTUS whether we continue to have checks and balances or whether, Donald Trump, as a little treat, gets whatever he wants.

...for standing down immediately after the 2017 Inauguration. For standing down in Pennsylvania. For standing down in Florida.
Ya's spent all Summer trying to head him off at the pass by shooting him to death.

Nothing happened to Trump after the 2017 inauguration.
Democrats didn't have anything to do with Trump get shot at last year.
Basically, you think there should be death squads because half of America doesn't like Trump and said mean things about him.
Ukraine/Russia war ended yet?
Price of eggs?
suckers!
I'd be surprise if our aid to Ukraine didn't come to an end sooner than later
At least he can't pardon Ashli Babbitt back. Medic!
...and stood down in PA., where he was shot. And stood down in Florida where he was shot at. Yes.
...nor the 4 cops:::3 killed themselves, the other 1 died of natural causes.
I'd give my left nut for that to take place ASAP.
the Secret-Service-assassination-attempt hypothesis is kaput kaput kaput except for dead old heads like yours
lol taking that for certain
I can stand alone. Makes me nary difference.
the idea that zero women and minorities are qualified for jobs absent state and federal civil rights protections is profoundly bigoted
and let's be honest here, what Republicans want to do away with isn't DEI, that's just a code word for civil rights for nonwhites.
there's a good reason women and minorities got "special civil rights" back in the 1960s. they got special civil rights because society at large treated them like second class citizens, denying them access to voting, jobs housing and the ballot box -- and the cons ution did not protect them, so Congress stepped in.
anti-woke activism is white backlash and paternalistic chauvinism, pure and simple

not content to undo the legacy of the civil rights movement of the 1960s, Trump is trying to relitigate the Reconstruction (14th Amendment) from the side of the losers -- to roll back the rights people got after the Civil War
incredibly radical stuff
