trump should sign an EO to eliminate ranked choice voting for federal elections which include house and senate. The 10th Amendment does not mean that individual states should be allowed to have ty election laws liked RCV that pertain to federal positions. The 10th amendment would only pertain to governor on down in the state and local levels. So Alaska can keep ranked choice voting for governor, state leg, statewide offices, mayors etc but not U.S. House and Senate. Murkuntski is a RINO and must be recalled immediately. Tshibaka won the first round and the primary fair and square.
