I don't think they can find a good FRP for KD given his age, so if they got Pelle out of the deal then than a protected pick then at least that's something they can use in the future.

KD also fills up seats, he still has a huge value imo

disappointing. woulda been the perfect backup PG for this club. adjusting for cap inflation, thats cheaper than Tre's last contract. very nice for chicago... though i'd still explore trading for him down the line. maybe a year from now
