    The Senate voted along party lines Wednesday to advance the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s unorthodox pick for health and human services secretary. The 53-47 vote puts Kennedy on a path to be confirmed by Thursday morning.

    Where Cabinet-level appointments have a 30-hour waiting period, before the full Senate is able to take up the matter, I believe the FBI Director only has a 2 hour waiting period. Could have Director Patel in his office by the Close of Business today.
