Clippers and Nuggets fighting for the opportunity to get railed by the Thunder.

Barring some unforeseen events, this looks like some combination of CAVs/Celtics/ vs Thunder.

Warriors defense is elite too, but I just don’t think they have the legs to get there.

Interesting that the Magic Vs Celtics game drew that much. Is there a lot of Celtics and Magic fans around?

I should mention, Paulo was pretty darn good game 1. He showed out.

    Me watching OKC vs. Memphis:

Yup...they're beating the brakes off on Memphis. Is this Memphis team really gonna go forward with Ja and JJJ on max contracts?

Memphis crashing out on these playoffs could be good for us. Maybe they do something drastic and become one less team we have to deal with.

I think that writing is on the wall...the "Big 3" they've put together doesn't seem like a contender, Ja is not reliable, and firing their head coach before the playoffs is probably just the start of cleaning house.

So, do you guys think firing Jenkins was a mistake? Does anyone still want this Finnish coach? They really screwed the team firing Jenkins and also screwed Tuomas Iisalo putting him in this situation to start his NBA coaching career.

Is Lillard playing? If so, how was he able to return so quickly?

Apparently he was "cleared" by Mayo Clinic and team doctors, but still feels like they are flirting with fire.

Glad we are in a position to let Wemby get healthy and ready to be 100% next season.

Kind of feels like MEM should completely blow it up, right? They should be able to get a pretty nice return for Ja, JJJ and Bane individually and they still have some other pieces that should net a nice return. Aldama is RFA, but I assume you can S&T an RFA as well? He'd get some nice assets back, and then have a bunch of decent role players on super cheap deals that teams in apron territory would pay a pretty penny too.

MEM could go full OKC, sell off everyone, and build a massive war chest with which to rebuild... with that said seems like that Franchise being in Memphis just needs any excuse possible to move somewhere else. Nashville Grizzlies?

I'm shocked that he's been allowed to play. I hope he's OK.

Did he play well (I'm guessing not)?

It will be interesting to see what transpires in Memphis. Not sure what their plan will be. Kleiman was Exec of the Year in 2022, so he must have some credibility. Maybe he was just getting ahead of the house cleaning by firing Jenkins. Hard to say.
Aldama would be a good to great piece for us if he's not a total whack job. That dust up with Bane was pretty odd, but, stuff like that happens sometimes.
I wonder how high they could climb in the draft by dangling Ja or JJJ as trade pieces?

Why do you say that? You don't think the Cavs are better than the Pacers? I think the Cavs should get past the Pacers if they're healthy.

Lakers got gifted Luka, do you really think the NBA is going to let LA get beat in the first round?

They have millions of dollars on the line forcing Lebron vs. Curry in the 2nd round.

The dude got crazy hype last season. He's a bit overrated, imho.
