Nuggets should’ve called a timeout two possessions earlier. Now this game is a toss up. Some very questionable decisions by the rookie coach here
It's terrible choices on offense. They keep trying to hit dagger threes instead of just taking the smart shot. They try to avoid contact instead of drawing the foul and then cry to the refs. Now they just start leaving Dort open for no particular reason. That screen by Murray was awful.
Yeah, spamming J's when you are cold is not the answer. It drives me nuts when teams refuse to attack the paint to end the slump.

They were cruising, playing smart defense, taking what they were given. Then they start Westbrooking.

They gave up probably more than they wanted to get Gordon. Their natural picks have also not been in great position. They did pull Braun and Strawther, but they’re fighting a rear guard action.
MPJ and Russ were particularly horrible but everybody outside of Joker the bed in crunch time.
Denver‘s 4th quarter offense is trash. Murray runs the pick & roll with Jokic so slow that they never get the switch. Doesn’t help that MPJ is basically useless on offense. 2nd game in a row where they choke away a lead in the 4th.
If we are being honest, the Nuggets don't even have a 5 man rotation. They have 3 championship guys (Jokic, Murray, Gordon), a streaky stick (Porter) and 2 below average guards that I'm not sure would play much with the Spurs (Braun and Westbrook).
What a complete choke job by the Nuggets. Porter Jr. is a garbage and Gay Dildos Alexander is just a low rent Kenny Anderson with cornrows, give me Kenny Anderson and Derrick Coleman over him and Holmgren anyday
