No sympathy for the Pacers, they did this to themselves.
I have to admit I was wrong about Williams, he stepped up big time.

Nembhard single handedly stopped any type of chance Indiana had to get back in the game down the stretch.
Can't believe Carlisle didn't go back to McConnell tbh. That's some 2013 game 6 Pop from him.

Is Jalen Williams still overrated, or…
OKC was stellar. Shai with 4 blocks. Dub with a 40 piece. One win away.
Game 6 is on my bday, as was the incredible Spurs/Pistons Game 5 back in 2005.
I think OKC pulls it off in Indiana.
Without Halliburton being 100% Pacers are going to have a hard time Thursday.
Yawn what a boring way to end these finals.
Thunder winning one should give the spurs more urgency. Don’t convince yourselves that the friendship crew is the way to go.
If we can hit this bullseye, the rest of the dominos will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate
Halliburton didn't make a basket all game and they came within 2...then OKC turned it on.
Just watched the game. Darn, Pacers really threw away a chance after cutting it close to start the 4th. Not saying they would have won, but they threw away a chance.
Lots of people called Jalen Williams a choker, overrated early on in the playoffs/around the start of the Denver series. He's stepped up since then, and even more so in these finals (especially the last three games with two of those being on the road/higher pressure, almost must win games). It's going to make OKC tougher going forward.
Yeah who the was talking about Jalen and dooming him after one series
I was.
He's had just three great games in Nuggets and Minnesota series, which was really poor considering all the attention SGA got.
His first two games in this series were also bad if we're talking #2 option on a championship team standards.
But since G3 he figured out he's a physical specimen and can get his with ease.
I was criticizing him only because he obviously had the ability to do more and it was a mental issue for whatever reason.
Since he started playing the way he's supposed to, OKC has taken another level and the Pacers can't keep up.
He's 24 btw
Yeah J Dub has always been the X factor for this team
The secondary scoring he can provide is crucial when defenses key in on Shai
TJ would have destroyed system PG Stockton in the 90s
is j-dub still undersized with inflated stats?
or was i right in calling you a prisoner of the moment
J-Dub has been very good as of late. The Pacers didn't always put up enough resistance on his drives (a side effect of having to deal with SGA, no doubt), but even on some of the better defended ones, he had some very impressive finishes at the rim. His playmaking also has been better compared to earlier in the playoffs.
Also, Chet has been a monster defensively, not just at protecting the rim but also when he has to defend in space.
I would have loved for the Pacers to push the Finals to seven games, but with Haliburton's injury concerns, it looks less and less likely to happen.
Not the start Pacers hoped for.
Pacers already need to make a line change.
