The incident happened just after 9 a.m. in the city's Whittier neighborhood.

Stella Carlson said that before the shooting, the man was helping vehicle traffic get around the area where ICE agents and observers had started to gather.
“The gentleman I was standing next to was focused on helping people who were coming into Nicollet Avenue understand that they needed to take it slow and helping them get through. The ICE agents approached us, told us to back up, back up. I'm not even sure why we were helping them, if anything. And I got on the snow bank, and next thing I knew, they shot him,” Carlson said.

(Minnesota is an open carry state, in no way is it a crime for a citizen to carry a gun)

Pretty sure TSA and other cultists are waiting for the "officer was in fear for his life" defense!

How exciting for these nazi's to watch executions of us citizens in the streets - they are aroused beyond belief...

    stupid ass walz needs to do this;

    1) order his nat'l guard to remove the ice nazi's
    2) counter-sue the nazi regime when they file their lawsuits -
    3) delay delay delay in the courts until trump dies

    that is it.

Every other democrat governor needs to do likewise.

Pretti clearly did not brandish his gun. Which means the government is saying he was killed for legally exercising his right to carry.

It’s as clear-cut a violation of the Second Amendment as I can possibly imagine. And we’re about to see the bulk of the gun rights crowd defend his murder.

the announcement that DHS will be doing the investigation-- rather than say, DOJ or the FBI -- signals that the killing of Alex Pretti is being treated as an internal DHS administrative matter rather than a homicide

DHS will clear itself of wrongdoing and smear the victim again

took away his gun and shot him in the back

The agents appear to have him under their control, with his arms pinned near his head.

As the gun emerges from the melee, another agent aims his own firearm at Mr. Pretti’s back and appears to fire one shot at close range. He then appears to continue firing at Mr. Pretti, who collapses.

A third agent unholsters a weapon. Both agents appear to fire additional shots into Mr. Pretti as he lies motionless.
In total, at least 10 shots appear to have been fired within five seconds.

Alex Pretti did not approach BPS officers, it was the other way around

In this photo he is holding his cellphone in his right hand

"An individual approached order Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic gun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently. This looks like a situation where an individual arrived to inflict maximum damage and kill law enforcement"
