He has to win re election in his senate seat this November, by which I'd say he's the favorite for now, but it's far from a guarantee given that the governor's race/top of the ticket looks like absolute dog for Dems in Georgia. They split ticket in 2022 so my money's on a decently enough wide split in 2026 but then again Collins is faaaaaaar from being Herschel Walker.

it's more or less catastrophic for the country that senile grandpa gets to steamroller everything
This will reduce potential sortie capacity something like 40% and put unexpected cycling strain on reactors which were not designed for it. Basically indistinguishable from literal sabotage, if you care about such things as readiness or reliability or lethality or whatever
But also this kind of detail is downstream of did you get enough food for the sailors and are you having them to be at sea for an entire year without break and are you asking them to fight a war without an ounce of strategy
not so surprising that US troops lost wargames against perhaps the most experienced military force in the world right now
our troops did much better when the Ukrainian troops switched sides and helped us against the red team
