Your weak at wide out I would trade a back.
I'm in a 12 team league. Here's my roster:
QB's: Marc Bulger, Kurt Warner, David Carr
RB's: Steven Jackson, Cadillac Williams, Mike Bell, Willie Parker
WR's: Javon Walker, Keyshaun Johnson, Kevin Curtis, Matt Jones, Bobby Engram
TE's: Randy McMichael, Marcus Pollard
K: Stover
DEF: Jacksonville, Philly
I kick ass at RB, but my WR's are weak. I'm thinking about trading some package involving Willie Parker for a quality WR (Reggie Wayne?). What do you think?
I'd never carry 3 QB's. I'd rather have a extra RB or WR that I may actually utilize than another QB (unless of course your in a league that needs 2 starting QB's)
And I'd wait for Mike Bell to have a breakout game (hopefully in week 1 or 2) ... than trade him ASAP. I refuse to depend on the Bronco running game as Shanahan loves to screw with the hearts of Fantasy Football players. You never know when he'll decide that Ron Dayne or Tatum Bell will get the large majority of carries over Bell. It's just too much risk IMO.
I had Bulger last year. He seems to be injury prone. If he can stay healthy, maybe someone would bite on a trade for Warner.
My league does start 2 QB's, so I'm gonna keep all three.
And I know what you mean about Broncos backs. RB by comission is a killer in fantasy football leagues. I had Tatum Bell last year.... talk about frusturating. However, since I'm a big Broncos homer, I want to keep him on my squad. Maybe I can find a taker for Willie Parker and then sign some scrub like TJ Duckett.
I know what you mean. I traded Maroney for M. Bell because I got all silly and wanted another Bronco on my team.
And TJ Duckett may be a starting RB by the start of the season. If so, I'll have 5 starting RBs on my team.
So I've read.
TJ Duckett is now on the Texans radar, you never know.
